General

· Prices for our services are subject to change without notice.

· We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the service without notice.

· We reserve the right to refuse service at any time.

· We reserve the right to publish pictures of treatments with only verbal permission.

Booking Fee Policy

· A booking fee of 20% of total appointment cost is required upon booking appointment.

· The booking fee is non-refundable, however it is transferable to a new appointment if the change is made no later than 48 hours before appointment.

· If less than 48 hours notice to change appointment has been given, then the booking fee is not transferable and a new booking fee is required to secure appointment.

Cancellation Policy

​

· We Require 48 hours’ notice for the cancellation of Appointments. Clients cancelling with less than 48 hours’ notice OR not showing for the scheduled appointment will be charged the FULL AMOUNT of missed appointment.

Special Offer Terms and Conditions

​

· Appointments for special offers can only be booked during the specified dates.

· Offers can only be used as described and not modified.

· Payment must be made on first appointment for full offer price

· Special offers can be purchased on a gift voucher.

· Special Offers that require more than one treatment can only be used on one client unless otherwise stated.

· Appointments for special Offers that require more than one treatment can be made over different dates but must be booked within the specific dates.
